We aim to deliver all paid orders within 5 working days.

We are committed to providing the best customer service for all our delivered, collect and cash & carry customers, and as such are continuously reviewing the best way to operate in an efficient way to positively impact your customer experience.

This change will enable us to continue offering an efficient delivered service to an increased number of customers. It also means that we can continue to invest in the competitive prices and promotions across our products that support you in running your own businesses profitably.

Minimum Order Requirements

Deliveries

Orders must meet a minimum of £350 excluding VAT to qualify for our free delivery service within the Local Delivery Zone.

Any subsequent orders placed in time for us to pick together will be included in the minimum quantity but if at the point of pick the order(s) total has not reached £350 there will be a £25 charge. 

Click & Collect

Click & collect is available for all our customers from our store and there is no minimum spend.
